Synergo (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is a hospital-focused mobile application designed for two stakeholders: Managers and Employees. Managers create and assign tasks, while Employees perform those tasks. The App also monitors workload, WRMDC (Work-Related Musculoskeletal Disorder Checks), body pain indicators, and generates daily reports.

Hospitals are the Data Controllers, responsible for managing Manager and Employee accounts and compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, or local laws). Synergo acts as a Data Processor, handling data only on behalf of hospitals.

Synergo is intended only for hospital workforce use and is not available to individuals under 18.

10. Changes to Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Any changes will be communicated through the App or via hospital administration. Continued use of the App signifies acceptance of updates.
